Shipping

●For products without  'free shipping' are not included in the item prices: you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order

●Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

●Before your order is shipped, Lovehearing has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different to shipping time alone.

Returns

Any hearing-aid item sold on Lovehearing without human factor damage can be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it. The buyer agrees to afford the courier fee for both sent out and return back, and a 5% of bank fee should be charged. Once we receive the return item, The payment after deducting the corresponding fee agreed by you will be refund to your credit card.
